Anecdotes |
---|
On September 22, 2015 this tug, owned by Catherwood Towing Ltd., Mission BC, was towing a barge in the North Arm of the Fraser River when this vessel caught a submerged deadhead in her propeller that caused her to stop dead in the water. The barge this vessel had in tow dragged her sideways in the current causing her to capsize and sink. The crew abandoned ship safely. The tug suffered damage but was salvaged and put back into operation. |
