Robert Beerman states That "In 2023 this vessel is currently in use as a stationary houseboat. The motor no longer works and it has been repaired and renovated to be a beautiful summer home on the water. Kay Dee One is currently moored at Toronto Island Marina. In the past 4 years I did extensive repairs, and the boat transformed into becoming a summer retreat."
