Jason Golka (Email to Nauticapedia 05/08/2023) stated "The RDV Gator is still owned by North American Construction Group. It currently resides in our yard at Ruth Lake north of Fort McMurray, Alberta. It sustained some hull damage during ice breaking at Suncor’s base plant and failed a Transport Canada inspection in 2016. Some repairs were completed but as of today this vesselremains a ground awaiting repairs and another inspection before this vesselcan go back to work." |
