This vessel was a sister to M.596 Hesquiat (R.C.A.F.). In 1949 this vessel was employed as a Whale Catcher at the Coal Harbour Whaling Station on the west coast of Vancouver Island. In 2017 this vessel was broken up at Arrow Shipyard. |
