Anecdotes |
---|
Michael Coney (1983) claims in his book that this vessel was originally named Clayhurst, but there does not seem to be evidence for this claim. The Clayhurst was a reaction ferry being built in the same yard around the same time. This conflation of names has been endlessly repeated causing confusion. Christopher Lars British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 26/08/2019) states that "in 2000 this vessel sank in front of the Gillnetter Pub, [in the Fraser River] and this vessel was salvaged." |
