Anecdotes
In 1938 this seiner was proposed as a possible member of the Fishermen’s Reserve Fleet, but was not taken up by the Royal Canadian Navy. On October 29, 1953 this vesselran aground on Nelson Island and suffered a hole in her hull. The crew kept her afloat until a salvage tug arrived.
