He was appointed as an A/Warrant Supply Officer RCN (With seniority dated 15/05/1944).

He served in HMCS Somers Isles.

He was appointed as a Warrant Supply Officer RCN (With seniority dated 15/05/1944).

He was appointed as a Lieutenant (S) RCN (With seniority dated 01/01/1946).

He served in HMCS Scotian.

He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (S) RCN (With seniority dated 03/11/1953).
