Historical Notes
The Island Prince served the coast with Northland Navigation.
In 1986 this vessel was broken up. Mike Gray (Email to Nauticapedia 15/09/2023) stated "This vessel had been a passenger aboard the Island Princess for my first trip as Master. I recall we had a nasty crossing from Prince Rupert to Masset and had to sail weather courses. I was the last master of the vessel and tied her up at the Northland dock in Vancouver on November 1, 1976."
