This vessel sank at a pier in the Lake Washington Ship Canal near Seattle WA USA.

In 1934-1941 she was owned by the United States Coast Guard.

In 1941-1947 she was owned by the United States Navy.

In 1954 she was owned by Foss Launch and tug Co., Tacoma WA USA.
